This new 10,000 SF two story wood frame Senior Center was completed in 1999. An elevator was included in the first phase for use with a future finished walk-out basement facing towards the pond to the south.
Plans were developed for the renovation of the 7,500 SF lower level in 2002 and the Center is presently raising funds for construction. *** Improvements to the Senior Center included renovations and alterations to the existing building, which includes new classrooms, offices and meeting rooms, accessible toilet rooms, doors, windows, painting, acoustic tile, related mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection sprinkler and alarm work. Construction was completed May 2008. |
