Keenan + Kenny Architects, Ltd. provided architectual and engineering services for the Town of Barnstable to renovate many different aspects of the Barnstable Old Town Hall. Renovations to the existing 1926 building included a new modified bitumen built-up flat roof membrane, a three stop elevator, doors, painting, acoustic tile, fire protection sprinkler system, lighting, fire alarm system, and ADA compliant entrance ramp and accessible toilets.

Construction was complete in September 2005 in conjunction with the renovation of the Old Town Hall, Kennan + Kenny Architects, Ltd. also renovated the Comfort Station that is sited behind the Old Town Hall and used by the public.
